Jerrel joined Pointes in June 2025 as Maintenance Manager and has 14 years of experience in senior housing. His career began in the kitchen as a dishwasher, where he learned the value of hard work and teamwork, and continued to grow within the field ever since. Jerrel enjoys connecting with others, whether through conversation, listening, or lending a hand. He likes to stay busy and takes pride in being someone others can rely on for support. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time with family, listening to music, deejaying, or discovering exotic restaurants and hidden gems.
